On one hand the installation and setup was easy (involves giving the app permission to access your home folder and setting your internet proxy settings to the app’s). On the other hand I tried this ad blocker on multiple sites and it did nothing. I use ‘Purify’ on my iPhone and it works flawlessly. The advertisements that Purify blocks aren’t blocked at all by AdBlock Elite. I couldn’t find any ads that were blocked. Even what I would consider the most fundamental and hard to miss ad, the paid results at the top of a Google search page, weren’t blocked.

This product is a scam, as previous reviewers have stated. I double checked the installation steps and the application confirmed it was installed properly. I also cleared my history and cookies. I shut down Safari and rebooted the computer for good measure. This program simply does nothing.
